I value your business and ask that you respect the cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give me a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 75% of scheduled service(s). Showing up for your appointment and deciding not to receive services will be charged as same day cancellation. I take same day/No call/No shows very seriously. I make all efforts to avoid these fees for you by sending multiple texts and email reminders that allow ample time to cancel or reschedule your appt with me. Clients are responsible for cancelling their appointments. You can do so by using the link sent in your confirmation text. I do not offer refunds for services, but I do offer adjustments within 5 days after service completion. If I do not have an availability within the week, I will schedule you at my next open appointment time. All retainers (deposits) paid for booking are not refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
